Brett and Lisa have been collecting beautiful stones from the beaches of Martha’s Vineyard where they spent their honeymoon in 1998, in particular, Menemsha Beach. It is a favorite past time. They have always held the intention of doing something creative with them. Each stone is a unique piece in two ways: first, there are no other stones like it, and second, each is hand painted in a way that enhances its inherent features. Once painted, the stones are painted lightly with an acrylic sealer that gives them a wet appearance. This brings out the natural color and design of the stone.
